Wow! How would you like to be Jack Johnson?. He’s on the front of the new Apple iPhone. Can you imagine how many people are buying his music just because he’s featured on the iPhone!
He’s a folk singer or something like a folk singer. I was introduced to him one night about 10:30p.m. at a campground in Jacksonville, Florida.
I was camping and doing the walk-around-the-campground thing when I walked past a couple in love. There was a nice crisp fire glowing and they were all huddled together. I hated to interrupt but I just had to know who’s music was playing and so I asked. I said, “Excuse me, I hate to bother you but could you just tell me who is singing that song?”
The young lovers spoke almost at once and said almost in unison.. “Jack Johnson.”
I could have waited a while and found out by checking out the guy on the iPhone but I didn’t know.
