Some people may think I’m some quack and so be it but today, I visited the St. Augustine Ripley’s Believe It OR Not amusement store. In it are some extremely weird and I mean “W E I R D” items including…..( can’t talk about it). Anyhow. I was very happy to get out of that place and for me… never again!
I am one for the uplifting and maybe unusual but not for the weird and uncommon. I agree with the scripture that teaches not to talk about things that “people do in the dark” so there were lots of things that I am simply not able to talk about after leaving.
In one part of the building, I just RUSHED through! There was simply no way in the world that I was going to spend another minute in that area. NO dark life for me. JESUS is the ‘light of the world”. I do not want to spend any time with darkness.
When I left, I just prayed the blood of Jesus over all that I saw. Never again for me. I’ll not return there.
The crown of thorns on this sculpture of Jesus was one made of a rare wood. Now that, I can view and enjoy reading of the facts. Jesus, willing to take that crown for me.
