My daughter will be keeping my dogs for me and so to treat special and to sort of pay her for the task ( and she will earn it too! Ha!) I bought her an iPhone today. It seems that some people waited in line for as much as five hours. I understand that some spent the night in line in front of the apple store.
By the time K got there, it was only a 20 minute wait. I met her there because they would not accept my credit card without my face. Anyhow, it worked out fine.
She was so excited and as all moms do, I was happy, so happy to bring joy to my very own. Funny thing (really not so funny) but after the sale and all, the phone had to be set up. The sales guy said, “That will be a $100. activation fee. My daughter just looked at me.
“Humph!” Yes, I paid it. What was I going to do?
